How do I return an item?

We know that it’s our customers who make our business what it is. We strive to handcraft great products and we hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. But, if there is any problem, please let us know and we will work to make it right immediately! If you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have 21 days to do so, no questions asked.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 21 calendar days after delivery of the product. Original tags and sales receipt must accompany returns. At our sole discretion after 21 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new and unaltered condition". New and unaltered condition is defined by:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way unless it is due to shipping damage*
  • within 21 calendar days of the delivery date (after 21 days no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 21 days noted in that item's particular item description.
  • not purchase from another retailer or website (see instructions below)

    *We insure all items of $50 or more for shipping. Contact us directly if you need to claim damage due to shipping.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately at Items shipped back to us without prior notification may be ineligible for full refund amount. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Products Purchased From Other Websites or Partnering Retailers

Because each of our partnering websites and retailers have their own return and exchange policies, we ask customers to contact the place of purchase directly. We will work closely with the retail partner to determine an appropriate return or exchange.
